3. Independent service and platform affiliation disclaimer
ReachViva is an independent third-party provider and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., X Corp., or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates. The names Instagram, TikTok, and X, as well as related names, marks, emblems, and logos, are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on ReachViva is solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
4. User obligations and account requirements
To enable successful fulfillment of any purchased package, you agree to comply with the following mandatory conditions:
- Public account status: The target social media profile, video, or post must remain set to public visibility from the moment of purchase until delivery has been fully recorded as Completed.
- Accurate destination: You are solely responsible for entering the correct public username or valid post URL during checkout. Orders routed to mistyped handles cannot be retrieved once dispatch begins.
- No credential sharing: You must never submit social passwords, two-factor authentication codes, or email login credentials to ReachViva or any individual claiming to represent ReachViva.
- Authorized promotion: You warrant that you own or have explicit authorization from the account holder to purchase promotional services for the submitted destination.
- Content standards: You agree not to submit profiles or content that contain hate speech, illegal activities, non-consensual material, malware, or fraudulent schemes.
5. Pricing, payments, and billing
All prices on ReachViva are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and represent one-time, non-recurring charges. Server-side validation confirms the authoritative catalog price at the moment payment intent is created. Payment processing is hosted by accredited third-party payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, and Coinbase. An order is recognized as Paid and queued for fulfillment only upon receipt of cryptographic webhook confirmation from the respective provider. ReachViva does not store raw credit card numbers or wallet private keys.
6. Fulfillment, delivery schedules, and start windows
Published start windows (e.g., 5–30 minutes) represent estimated operational timeframes under normal network conditions, not absolute completion guarantees. Full fulfillment duration varies depending on package volume, platform rate limits, and network queues. ReachViva reserves the right to stage deliveries across appropriate intervals to preserve account safety and maximize retention.
7. Refills and refund remedies
Orders are backed by our comprehensive 30-Day Refill Guarantee and Refund Policy. If your purchased count experiences drop-off within 30 days of completion, contact support with your unique Order ID to request a complimentary replenishment. If an order cannot be initiated within 72 hours due to a technical failure on our network, you are entitled to a full refund. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting support first constitute a breach of these Terms and terminate refill eligibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReachViva, its directors, employees, and fulfillment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to platform algorithm modifications, account status reviews, engagement fluctuations, or loss of commercial revenue.
