1. Purpose and ethical framework
ReachViva is dedicated to empowering genuine creators, legitimate businesses, emerging artists, and independent influencers. This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') defines the permissible and prohibited uses of our services to maintain a safe, legal, and ethical platform environment. By placing an order, you agree to comply strictly with these guidelines.
2. Prohibited content and destinations
ReachViva services may never be used to promote, amplify, or support any of the following categories of content or profiles:
- Hate speech and discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Illegal substances and weapons: Profiles advertising unlawful narcotics, prescription drug diversion, firearms, explosives, or regulated contraband.
- Harassment, defamation, and intimidation: Coordinated harassment campaigns, doxxing, non-consensual imagery, blackmail, or malicious defamatory attacks.
- Fraud, scams, and deceptive schemes: Ponzi schemes, phishing operations, counterfeit goods, fraudulent giveaways, or identity impersonation.
- Malware and cyber attacks: Links distributing spyware, trojans, ransomware, or tools designed to exploit computer networks.
- Exploitation of minors: Any content involving the sexualization, abuse, or endangerment of minors is immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
3. Ownership and authorization requirements
Customers must only order promotional packages for social media accounts they personally own, operate, or represent under formal agency or marketing authorization. You may not target third-party accounts without permission for harassment, competitive manipulation, or bad-faith intent.
4. Violations and enforcement
ReachViva reserves the absolute right to audit any submitted order destination. If an order is found to violate this Acceptable Use Policy, ReachViva will immediately terminate fulfillment without notice, cancel any pending delivery, and forfeit eligibility for refunds or refills. Where appropriate or mandated by statute, details of unlawful activity will be forwarded to applicable law enforcement bodies.
