1. Delivery philosophy and account safety
At ReachViva, we believe that speed must always be balanced with account safety. Many untrustworthy providers dump tens of thousands of followers within seconds, triggering platform spam heuristics that can lead to rapid drop-offs or account flags. ReachViva utilizes calibrated delivery curves that distribute interactions naturally, mirroring genuine viral momentum to ensure profile longevity.
2. Expected start windows
Every service page across our catalog clearly displays the estimated dispatch window for that specific package:
- Post likes and views: Typically begin within 5 to 30 minutes following payment confirmation. Small to medium packages are frequently fulfilled within a few hours.
- Follower packages: Initial delivery typically commences within 15 to 60 minutes. Larger tiers (e.g., 5,000 to 50,000 followers) are gradually delivered over 24 to 72 hours to ensure safe, sustainable account pacing.
- X reposts, impressions, and bookmarks: Initial engagement signals typically appear within 10 to 30 minutes, with full fulfillment pacing matching post recency.
3. Mandatory delivery requirements
To guarantee smooth, uninterrupted delivery, your order destination must satisfy these criteria:
- Account must remain 100% public: Delivery cannot reach private accounts. Ensure your profile privacy setting is toggled to Public until your order status displays Completed.
- No handle changes: Do not alter your Instagram, TikTok, or X username while delivery is underway. Changing the handle breaks our automated tracking endpoints.
- No age or geographic restrictions: Ensure your account does not have country or minimum-age gating enabled in platform settings, as this blocks external interaction.
- Valid URL format: When ordering likes or views, verify that you pasted the direct, shareable URL to the specific post or Reel, rather than your general profile handle.
4. Understanding your order status
You can monitor fulfillment at any time on our Track Order page using your unique Order ID and email address:
- Pending Payment: The order has been created, but payment confirmation has not yet been received from the payment provider.
- Queued / Processing: Payment is verified and the order is staged in our automated dispatch queue.
- In Progress: Engagements are actively being distributed to your public profile or content link.
- Completed: The full ordered quantity has been successfully delivered and verified by our system.
- Action Required: Delivery encountered an obstacle (such as a private account or broken URL). Contact support immediately to resume.
5. Troubleshooting delivery delays
If your order has not begun within the stated start window, check that your account is public and reachable. If everything is configured properly, platform maintenance or temporary network congestion may be in effect. If 2 hours have elapsed beyond the stated start window, email [email protected] with your Order ID for prompt manual review.
