We collect information needed to provide and support an order, including contact details, public account or content identifiers, package selection, order status, transaction references, and technical security logs.
Payments
Card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payment information is processed by the selected payment provider. ReachViva does not store raw card numbers, CVV values, PayPal passwords, wallet private keys, or seed phrases.
How we use data
We use data to process orders, verify payments, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and rights
Order and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
